Refund policy

We are sorry to hear that the product your received needs to be returned. We will do what we can to make this process as easy as possible for you.


Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Your returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in, as well as being in the original packaging.

Please email to arrange your return. 

The product will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.


Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund, or if for some reason this is not possible we will get in touch.

After a refund is processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund please first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
