Our easy returns policy for online orders applies to all of our products except for jewellery and gift cards.
Your right to cancel an order starts when you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last item of the order.
To start a return, you can contact us at theoldpiggery17@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You must return the items back to us within 14 days of the cancellation. We regret that items received after this time will be refused and sent back to you.
You are responsible for the safe return of products to us, including the cost of doing so. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage.

REFUNDS
